Why did you start flying?
I was a kid in the ’60s, part of the post-WW2 GA boom that ground to a halt in the early ’70s. It stuck with me, the feeling that learning to fly was as important as learning to drive.
In my late ’40s I found that I was still interested, and was in a place where I could afford to do something about it.
What airplane did you learn to fly in?
Piper Cherokee
What airplane do you fly now?
Beech 23 Musketeer. The only one still flying in B.C.!
What is your favorite kind of flying or place to fly to?
As long as it’s fun, I’m not choosy. 🙂

Trip sheets and trip reports.

While learning to fly I lost 160 pounds. It changed my life. Don’t bother whining “I’ve lost so much weight none of my clothes fit any more!”. People are not sympathetic. 🙂
